OFFICE FEE SCHEDULE:

Psychotherapy Sessions:

• Initial Individual evaluation therapy session: $100.00
• Follow-up Individual therapy session: $85.00
• Initial Couple & Family evaluation session: $125.00
• Follow-up Couple & family session: $100.00

Initial sessions require:

• Client Intake form to be completed and returned to Lynn Stravecky or print and bring with you at your first appointment.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Missed appointments (No-show) and less than 24 hour notice to cancel:

Office policy: $50.00 service fee will be billed

• CASH OR CHECK is required at end of each session
• Requests for any documentation: i.e.: case summaries, disability, court requests, etc.: $40.00 per ½ hour

Reiki Healing Session:

• $75.00 per session

Cultural Training Workshops:

• Fee schedule given upon request and proposal of program requirements needed. Please contact Lynn Stravecky for further details.
